“The PMT Foundational Apprenticeship was truly life-changing. Through this journey, I felt myself grow into deeper resonance with both myself and the world around me. While some aspects of the experience are beyond words, it gave me the tools to listen to the world with intention and meaning and to navigate life, work, and relationships with greater care and compassion.
The community and space we created together were transformative. It was a place that encouraged learning “outside the box” in ways I never expected. Safe, open, and honest communication, energizing and meaningful ceremonies, and intentional, compassionate approaches to life were invaluable parts of the apprenticeship.
I am immensely grateful to the PMT community, to Lance and Amy for their guidance, and to this lineage for shaping my journey. My time in the apprenticeship, with my teachers, and with my hoop members will forever hold a special place in my heart.”
“The PMT apprenticeship has changed my life. I view everything with so much more appreciation and awe as well as with a greater sense of personal responsibility. In each of the five weekends over the year, I learned so many things (material, meditations, practical applications and more) and then had the opportunity to go home and integrate it into my life for a few months and then reconvene to do it again. Each weekend, my understanding grew deeper. I wish it didn’t end, but I so appreciate the community I am now a member of and look forward to more classes in the future. My personal and community connections continue to grow through the Wednesday night link-ups and other gatherings. ”

About Amy

Ritual Cosmos: Creating your own Sacred Space and Mesa (Shamanic Altar)
Pic by Katya Mamadjanian
Why Am I Offering This Day Long Apprenticeship Now?
We are living through “interesting”, topsy turvy times aren’t we? We are swimming in challenging cultural patterns and earth changes, and it’s intense and can be hard for many of us. There is a collective feeling of disconnect and separation from who we are, from the earth, from the stars, from nature. This apprenticeship is about re-membering. Re-membering who we are and our deep connectivity to all that is. This is a medicine for our times.
What is The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition (PMT)?
The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition is a Peruvian-based, cross-cultural, living Shamanic tradition. “Pachakuti” means “world reversal” and refers to the time of transformation we are living in now. A mesa is an altar for self-exploration, reconnection, transformation, and personal growth in which we create a new paradigm of one’s relation to the Self and the Universe. This tradition, in all its richness, is an evolving practice of inner and outer activities that restore balance and harmony to our relationships with All That Is.
What is a Pachakuti Mesa?
In the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, we interact and build relationships with these unseen realms through the creation of sacred space and a specific type of medicine ground, altar or mesa called the Pachakuti Mesa. This sacred patterning of elemental expressions becomes the seat of spiritual vision and the game board for interacting with all of creation.
The goal of our time together:
This hands-on workshop's main focus is ceremonially setting up and activating your Pachakuti Shamanic Mesa. But ultimately the goal is to re-member and come into right relationship with our world.
Through this powerful process, we will also explore::
The Lineage of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition
The 5 directions and how each represents an aspect of self.
The 3 worlds found cross-culturally in most shamanic traditions.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for anyone, from any background and tradition, who is interested in developing a deeper relationship within and without.
To Bring:
A square cloth that will serve as the ground of your mesa - (minimum 1-foot square32 - maximum 2-foot square)
A Stone
A Shell
A Feather
A votive Candle (in glass)
A personal power piece of your choosing
Some optional offerings to have/bring - (Lance will have them for you as well)

Join Lance and Amy for an immersive experience as they guide you to reconnect with nature on these Five Element Seasonal Shamanic Nature Walks. This event is perfect for families and friends looking to reconnect with nature at a deeper level and explore the profound wisdom that comes from our collective Earth-honoring traditions.
What is Shamanism?
Shamanism is a cross-cultural, non-religious, folk-healing tradition rooted in the fundamental belief that everything, including humans, animals, and nature, possesses a spiritual essence. It highlights the interconnectedness of all things and promotes harmony with nature as core principles. Shamans, as practitioners, serve as intermediaries between the physical and spiritual realms, utilizing rituals and practices to connect with the spiritual essence of the world for wisdom, healing, and guidance.
What are the Five Elements?
Taoist 5 Element Theory is a concept rooted in Taoism, an ancient Chinese philosophy and is the basis of Lance’s 5 Element Acupuncture tradition. It suggests that there are five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—that represent different aspects of nature and the universe. These elements are not merely physical substances but symbolize energies, qualities, and interrelationships. According to this theory, each element has its unique characteristics and influences specific aspects of the natural world. The interactions and cycles between these elements create a dynamic balance and harmony in nature. This theory helps us understand and interpret the patterns and transformations observed in the natural world, providing a framework to understand how different elements interact and support one another both in nature and ourselves.

The Art of Despacho Apprenticeship - Communing with Mountains & Despacho Building
Join Amy for Llankaypaq Munaypa: An intermediate Apprenticeship into the art of Despacho.
Based on the teachings of don Oscar Miro Quesada, this is an opportunity to develop advanced skill and intelligence in the ceremonial application of ayni through the art of despacho making.
The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition of shamanism provides a comprehensive understanding of the ritual cosmology and healing use of the sacred powers and forces revered by Andean wisdom-keepers since time immemorial.
These practices are relevant for people from all walks of life who are seeking to maximize their presence as sources of healing light in the world. Working with teachers sanctioned by don Oscar Miro-Quesada and the PMT Lineage, you’ll be apprenticed in ritual arts derived from Peru’s northern coastal kamasqa curandersimo and southeastern highland paqokuna shamanic traditions.
This level of shamanic medicine contribution to the Great Work is needed more than ever in the world, especially given the current alarming level of systemic intensification in prophesied Pachakuti witnessed at a global scale. All said and done, Now is the TIME, and the Time is NOW to emphatically ‘roll up our sleeves’, or better even, ‘pull out our Ajuar de Artes’, and lovingly embrace and honor the soul-empowering medicine ways of our shamanic ancestors.
By pursuing this course of study, you can:
Develop a deep personal relationship with the five unseen Guardians of Ayni: Tirakuna, Awkikuna, Malkikuna, Machula Awlanchis, and Apukuna.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the specific offerings and their uses when engaging the Guardians of Ayni for healing in despachos.
Establish a comfort level with creating despachos for personal, communal, and planetary healing.
Serve your community as an empowered ceremonialist, leading despacho ceremonies and integrating them into your spiritual practice.
Receive a minimum of 36 hours of in-person training on the ritual arts of despacho creation and offering in healing service of an individual (Self), the community (Culture), and the planet (Nature).
Experience and understand the three primary ways of offering despachos – burying, burning, and offering to water.
Honor the traditional roots of Andean despacho making and explore the contemporary and regional additions to this art.
Create and maintain your own despacho kit.
This exceptional hands-on training will include:
Quechua Sacred Words
Vibrational Music
Platonic Solids
Elemental Colors
Breathing Techniques
Shamanic Journeying
Exploration of the Cosmovision
and more shamanic tools to expand your healing practice
In addition to the Course Essentials book, you will receive a never before offered Despacho Handbook including ceremonial components, an exhaustive list of ingredients and their symbolism, and intention-specific ceremonies offered by The PMT Lineage.

In each of the five weekends over the year, I learned so many things (material, meditations, practical applications and more) and then had the opportunity to go home and integrate it into my life for a few months and then reconvene to do it again. Five Element Nature Reconnection Walks with Lance and Amy

You’re invited
Join Lance Isakov sanctioned teacher in the Pachakuti Mesa Shamanic Tradition, in a powerful ceremonial space to create and tune your very own Pachakuti Mesa.
This workshop is for spiritual seekers, or those curious, of all traditions, who are interested in developing a deeper relationship with both the seen and unseen worlds.
What is The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition (PMT)?
The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition is a Peruvian-based, cross-cultural, living Shamanic tradition. “Pachakuti” means “world reversal” and refers to the time of transformation we are living in now. A mesa is an altar for self-exploration, transformation, and personal growth in which we create a new paradigm of one’s relation to the Self and the Universe. This tradition, in all its richness, is an evolving practice of inner and outer activities that restore balance and harmony to our relationships with All That Is.
What is a Pachakuti Mesa?
In the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, we interact and build relationships with these unseen realms through the creation of a specific type of medicine ground, altar or mesa called the Pachakuti Mesa. This sacred patterning of elemental expressions becomes the seat of spiritual vision and the game board for interacting with all of creation.
The goal of our time together:

An evening with Eve Kerwin, White Buffalo Woman - Shamanic Healing & Channeling
Hosted by Amy Gordon, Amy's Yoga with a Heart
"My experiences with Eve have been profound beyond words. Just like attempting to describe the sensations of a yogic experience with out practicing, verbal descriptions of Eve's healing powers cannot begin to share the intensity and authenticity of her gifts." - Amy Gordon
Eve Kerwin, White Buffalo Woman
Eve is renowned throughout the country and the world as White Buffalo Woman. Although she remains humble and approachable, Eve carries the same Divine Feminine imprint as Mother Mary, Isis, Eve, and Quan Yin. She is an accomplished Shamanic Healer and Channel, bringing her clients profound messages of inspiration and guidance, working with each individual's spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies.
In 1991, Eve experienced a series of personal challenges, which prompted her inward search. During a period of deep meditation and intense drumming, the divine being White Buffalo Woman made her presence known, and has since guided and orchestrated her inspirational work for the benefit of humanity. In addition, Eve's spiritual gifts enable her to connect to the energies of the Archangels, exalted masters and guides, and at times to the Higher Self or Inner Child of the client.
To learn more about the story of Eve’s life and the unfoldment of her extraordinary abilities, you can read her book entitled: The Awakening: The Life and Work of Eve Kerwin, White Buffalo Woman.
