10 Day CREATIVITY {Virtual} Challenge (Let's Get Healthy Together Series)

We are ALL creative! We just need to give our creative space and time!  Thats what this challenge is about!

Join your fellow Village Wellness members and dive in to a FREE 10 day VIRTUAL challenge that will get you feeling CREATIVE!

Here is what we are going to do! 
Starting on May 15 and for 10 days STRAIGHT we will follow these guidelines:

1. Each day, for 10 days we set aside at least 20 minutes for the sole purpose of foster our creativity. 
2.  For those 20 minutes you will choose a creative medium (contemplate, write, draw, color, paint, knit, etc) and practice creating!* 
3. Win an AWESOME PRIZE**

* You dont have to be good, talented, gifted, you are simply fostering your creative process!

Let's make the holidays STRESS-FREE and super Joyful! Since It's culturally the busiest time of the year but in nature (and we are nature) it the quietest and stillest time of year! Life can often feel very overwhelming in December!

Join your fellow Wayne Family Wellness members and dive in to a FREE 10 day VIRTUAL challenge that will get you feeling less overwhelmed, calmer, more peaceful, and focused!

Here is what we are going to do! 
Starting on December 15th and for 10 day STRAIGHT we will follow these 3 guidelines:

1. Every Day commit to at least 10 minutes of meditation* or being absolutely still - (if you already have a meditation practice simply add 10 minutes to your current time)
2. Each day before sleep jot down* any differences you notice about how you feel.

was inspired recently by the Dalai Lama to be more kind. What an amazing challenge! What is life like when we consistently focus on being kind?...well thats what this 10 day challenge is designed to answer!

Join your fellow Wayne Family Wellness members and dive in to a FREE 10 day VIRTUAL challenge that will get you feeling Truly ALIVE!

Here is what we are going to do! 
Starting on November 15 and for 10 days STRAIGHT we will follow these guidelines:

1. For 10 Days we will keep a KINDNESS journal.
2. Each day take 5 minutes in the am to jot down some ways you are going to express kindness that day. 
3. Each day before sleep we will jot down all the ways we were Kind and note how it makes us feels
4. Win an AWESOME PRIZE**

So what can you do today that will create a contagious energy of kindness?

Here are some ideas to get you started...

  • pay someone's parking meter 
  • go out of your way to be nice to someone or help someone
  • hold the door open for someone
  • buy a stranger a coffee
  • give someone your place in line
  • SMILE more
  • express your gratitude more
  • leave some money on the street
  • invite someone to dinner
  • listen to someone who want to be heard
  • volunteer
  • give your favorite book to someone
  • randomly give flowers

Courage Challenge (Let's Get Healthy Together VIRTUAL Series)

I love this quote! And it is the inspiration for our next community challenge. So bring out your courageous self, push your edge, grow, and be even more amazing! 

Join your fellow Wayne Family Wellness members and dive in to a FREE 10 day VIRTUAL challenge that will get you feeling Truly ALIVE!

Here is what we are going to do! 
Starting on October 15 and for 10 days STRAIGHT we will follow these guidelines:

1. For 10 Days we will keep a COURAGE journal.
2. Each day take 5 minutes in the am to jot down something you are going to do that day to push your own edge*
3. Each day before sleep we will jot down our courageous accomplishment for the day and note how it makes us feel
4. Win an AWESOME PRIZE**

*It can be little things or big things that push an edge in you!.
examples: 

  • Accepting a speaking engagement you usually wouldn't,
  • Introducing yourself to a new potential friend
  • Trying a new class or something new that you have been avoiding because of fear.
  • Speaking up for yourself
  • Saying "no" or Saying "yes"

Basically pay attention during the day to moment that will push you to your edge, do them (as long as it is safe) and see how you feel!

Starting on September 15 and for 10 days STRAIGHT we will follow these guidelines:

1. For 10 Days we will keep a gratitude journal
2. Each day before sleep we will jot down AND FEEL*** at least 5 gratitudes. 
3. Win an AWESOME PRIZE..(that you will be very grateful for)

***It is not enough to simply acknowledge what we are grateful for we must actually emotionally feel the gratitude..induce the state of gratitude. THEN you will start to see changes!!

Join your fellow Wayne Family Wellness members and dive in to a FREE 10 day VIRTUAL challenge that will get you feeling Clear, Bright, Awake, Energized and maybe even help you drop some excess baggage ;)

Here is what we are going to do! 
Starting on August 15 and for 10 day STRAIGHT we will follow these 2 SIMPLE guidelines:

1. For 10 Days straight eat a solid base of veggies with EVERY meal.*
2. Each day before sleep jot down any differences you notice about how you feel**

WIN Your Choice of a Massage or Acupuncture Session:
To be entered into the raffle you must:
A. After Day 10: Submit the Greens Challenge Tracking Sheet or an email summary.
B. Submit at least 3 photos of your meals to our Let's Get Healthy Together Facebook Page 

*All veggies are included cooked and/or raw in this challenge. You must eat different kinds of veggies, try something new, be creative! Eat the rainbow - try to have a wide variety of color on you plate! This will help make sure you are getting your nutrients! 

** Tracking how you feel will help you recognize the positive effects of the challenge! It will keep you on track!

10 Day Water Challenge! (Lets Get Healthy Together Series!)

Join your fellow Wayne Family Wellness members and dive in to a FREE 10 day VIRTUAL challenge that will get you feeling Clear, Bright, Awake, Relaxed and maybe even help you drop some excess baggage ;)

Here is what we are going to do! 
Starting on July 15 and for 10 day STRAIGHT we will follow these 3 guidelines:

1. Every Day commit to drinking YOUR appropriate***(see below) amount of water.
2. Start your day with 24 oz of water before anything else**
3. Each day before sleep jot down* any differences you notice about how you feel.

WIN A PRIZE: After Day 10 submit your daily log to me at BeWell@Waynewellness.com. You will be entered into a raffle to win your choice of an Acupuncture Treatment or Therapeutic Massage!

***Formula to Calculate YOUR Appropriate Amount of Water:
Body Weight /2 = #of ounces of water to drink per day
ex. 150 lbs/2=75 oz of water

** You body is typically dehydrated by the time you wake up in the morning. Get your body hydrated first thing! You will have more energy and clarity from the get go.
