What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing art that helps the body to engage its inner resources and promotes balance.
It is a gentle healing art that can help bring a client into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, levels of cortisol and adrenaline drop and it is easy for the client's body to relax and focus on self-healing.
Reiki can be offered in-person or at a distance.
What is a Community Distace Reiki Circle?
Community Reiki is an accessible way to receive all the benefits of reiki in a virtual group setting.
The Flow of our session
Virtua sessions will be offered via zoom, and our Reiki Master Jennifer will share reiki energy with all on the zoom call.
Who is this for?
This is perfect for those who are curious about The Healing art of Reiki and wish to receive its benefits on a regular basis. Participants will join via Zoom.
